Grimace Birthday Escape is a first-person capturing simulation recreation with 3D Grimace characters. You might be geared up with a wierd bow and restricted arrows, you may get rid of all Grimace monsters and discover the gate at every stage. Do not forget to avoid wasting arrows, or else you may't get rid of all monsters. Accumulate purple hearts to recuperate HP.
